29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii): Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 °F (37.8 °C), were dispensed into containers without the nozzle and container being electrically interconnected.      1 2nd Street, Peabody, MA 01960, Main shop floor.     a) On or about January 7, 2019, employees transferred a category 2 flammable liquid, reagent grade isopropyl alcohol, from a drum, to a plastic bucket, to a wash tank. The containers were not electrically interconnected during dispensing.
