OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards: a) 3570 Knollwood Dr., Atlanta GA, Trailer Dump Truck: On or about December 28, 2018 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall from approximately 8 feet and 9 inches, in that employees were allowed to work from the side rail of a dump trailer, and while standing on the bucket of a track front end loader, while cutting limbs inside the dump trailer.
