29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     On or about 01/10/2019 employees at the Boston Neck Road framing project were exposed to approximately 10' and 18' falls.  Employees were engaged in framing activities without fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.502(b)(1): The top edge height of the top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, was not 42 inches (1.1 m) plus or minus 3 inches (8 cm) above the walking/working level:Note:  When employees are using stilts, the top edge height of the top rail, or equivalent member, shall be increased an amount equal to the height of the stilts.    On or about 01/10/2019 employees at the Boston Neck Road framing project were exposed to approximately 9' falls.  Employees were engaged in framing activities near an inadequately protected stairwell opening.

29 CFR 1926.502(b)(2): Midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, or equivalent intermediate structure members were not installed between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking/working surface when there was no wall or parapet wall at least 21 inches (53 cm) high.    On or about 01/10/2019 employees at the Boston Neck Road framing project were expos to approximately 9' falls.  Employees were engaged in framing activities near an inadequately protected stairwell opening.
