29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition:    (a) On or about March 28, 2019, and on dates prior, in the rubber bellows manufacturing area, the passageways and walking-working surfaces were not maintained in a clean condition, exposing employees to slip, trip, and overexposure hazards due to the easily aerated talc material accumulated on the floors and surfaces of the work area.

29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of particulates not otherwise regulated, total dust, listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 15 milligrams per cubic meter of air:    (a)  The assembler in the bellows production area was exposed to particulates not otherwise regulated - total dust at an 8-hour time weighted average of 18.28 milligrams per cubic meter of air, approximately 1.22 times the limit of 15 milligrams per cubic meter of air.  The sample was collected on March 28, 2019 during a 432 minute sampling period and exposure calculations include a zero increment for the 48 minutes not sampled.
