29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed:      A) Ross Street School #11, Woodbridge, NJ 07095: Employees were using an A-Frame ladder as a straight ladder.  An 8 ft.  step ladder, being used to access the basket of a JLG boom lift, was being used as a straight ladder which was not the purpose for which the ladder was designed exposing employees to fall hazards.    Occurred on or about January 9, 2019
