29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Worksite located at 3811 S. Weller Ave., Springfield, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working near the exterior wall and were not provided any means of fall protection. The Sundance Construction Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1175094, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on Dec. 12, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 5325 Twelve Oaks Road, Springfield, MO 65810.
