29 CFR 1910.119(f)(1)(i)(C): The employer did not develop and implement written operating procedures that provide clear instructions for safely conducting temporary operations. (a) Crimper No. 2 - On or about January 09, 2019 the employer did not complete a workplace operating procedure for the control of explosive loose dry primer mix that is generated from the crimping process. Employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard.
