29 CFR 1910.134(k)(6): The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format to employees who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer: The employer is failing to provide voluntary respirator users with the information contained in Appendix D of the respiratory protection standard. Employees do cleaning and maintenance work on the mobile homes in the companys mobile home community. This was most recently documented at 2902 Hancock St., Bellevue, Nebraska on or about January 10, 2019 where employees are using N-95 filtering face piece respirators. Employees are exposed to paint fumes and particulates from sanding and painting operations on the site.
