29 CFR 1910.179(l)(3)(iii)(c): All critical parts which were cracked, broken, bent, or excessively worn were not promptly repaired or replaced as needed for safe operation: a.) On or about January 11, 2019 the employer did not ensure that critical parts of overhead cranes in the production area were promptly repaired. Several parts on cranes #3 and #8 that are in disrepair or worn out were not fixed promptly to ensure safe operation.
