29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems:    (a) On or about 1/10/2019 - 5000 Grantswood Rd, Birmingham, AL, employees were not protected from falling approximately 30 feet while installing metal roofing material.

29 CFR 1926.761(b): The employer did not train each employee exposed to a fall hazard in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.761:    (a) On or about 1/10/2019 - 5000 Grantswood Rd, Birmingham, AL, the employer did not train each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and how to minimize these hazards when working at heights approximately 30 feet above the ground while installing metal roofing material.
