29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. When wet processes are used, drainage was not maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats must be provided: (a) Facility, Drilling Areas: On or about January 11, 2019, the concrete floor was wet and in most places there were no mats, etc. to keep employees from having to walk in the standing water. The facility had drainage in this area but for the most part the drainage was ineffective at removing the standing water.
