29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. On or about January 8th, 2019, at 201 Goodlette-Frank Road Naples FL, 34102, an employee was exposed to an 11 feet 5 inch fall hazard while in the process of performing shell work on a new commercial structure. The Tuner Construction, Inc. of Naples was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1237261, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/23/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 901 10th Ave. Naples, FL 34101.
