29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:  a) 48 Walnut St. Gloversville, NY-On or about 1/7/19, employees were conducting roofing work on a elevated platform approximately 13 feet from the ground or greater. Workers were exposed to a fall hazard from heights.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee was on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) 48 Walnut St. Gloversville, NY-on or about 1/07/19, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 13 feet or greater while conducting roofing work and installing flashing around the chimney area on a pitched roof. Employees were not utilizing any form of fall arrest or restraint systems while working.
