29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:  A) Center of building, on or about January 10, 2019 and or times prior to, employees used a framed stairway that that consisted of 5 steps and 12 steps that did not have a handrail, exposing employee to a fall hazard.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   A)  Job site, on or about January 10, 2019, employees were blocking in roof rafters and installing hurricane ties without the use of fall protection equipment, exposing employees to fall hazards of 10 to 13 feet.     Mauricio Lopez Espitia was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1293468, citation number1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 7, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at Lots 109, 111, 113, 115, and 117 on Danbury Court in Pooler, Georgia.
