29 CFR 1926.300(a): Hand tool(s), power tool(s) or similar equipment were not maintained in a safe condition: a) Indoors: On or about January 10, 2019 and at times prior thereto; a Milwaukee Super Hawg Two-Speed Drill used for drilling holes in 2x4s had electrical tape applied to the grommet, as the grommet was not secured to the cord and drill housing, and a small tear on the equipment cord was covered by electrical tape. Note* Abatement certification is NOT required for this item.
