On the west side of the construction site, employees engaged in framing activities used pneumatic nail guns and were not wearing eye and face protection were exposed to struck-by hazards and eye injuries.

On the west side of the construction site, employees without fall protection installing framing material were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet the ground below.
