OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a struck by and crushing hazard:    a) Warehouse area: Industrial steel storage racks (racks OQ, C, L & K) had damaged lower supports and had not been unloaded until the damaged portions had been repaired or replaced, as observed on or about January 15, 2019.    b) Warehouse Area: Industrial steel storage racks were not equipped with permanent weight capacity plaques, as observed on or about January 15, 2019.    Abatement Certification Required.
