29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling: a. Stock Room - On January 10, 2019 an employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet 3 inches while walking along the top of a cooler in order to obtain access to the roof hatch. b. Roof - On January 10, 2019 an employee was exposed to falls of approximately 18 feet while assisting a contractor performing work on the buildings roof.
