Two employees were standing on the aluminum pik of that scaffold while doing roofing work on the bottom of the front gable. An energized 220 volt-ac overhead electrical power line that connected to the service entry panel of the house actually contacted the front aluminum support ladder of the scaffold. At one point, one of the employees was standing on that aluminum support ladder.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
