29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: a) 5439 Spruce Street, Philadelphia, PA - The employer did not ensure a handrail was installed on a stairway with 16 risers thus exposing employees to hazards associated with ascending and descending the stairway. This condition was observed on or about January 12, 2019.
