29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: a) At 2109 Victoria Place, Victoria Place Apartments, Prattville, Alabama: On or about January 15, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to work from a platform not approved by the manufacturer lifted by a forklift exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to14.4 feet to the ground below.
