29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:  Employees engaged in construction activities at the job site located at 3750 Clinton Parkway, Lawrence, Kansas were exposed to struck by hazards due to no hard hats being worn while employees worked overhead in a scissor lift or from the ice / snow that was melting and falling to the ground from the overhead beams.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that material safety data sheets were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each work shift: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)  Employees engaged in steel erection activities at 3750 Clinton Parkway, Lawrence, Kansas were exposed to skin irritation / carcinogen hazards in that employees were not provided with safety data sheets to understand hazards associated with the chemicals being used on site such as diesel fuel, gasoline, and etc.
