29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): (a) Facility: On or about January 9, 2019, a Raymond battery powered pallet jack truck would shut off on its own (not the battery) and sometimes the truck would not function when the operator went to move the pallet jack. At the time of the inspection, the pallet jack truck was used daily at the facility.
