29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Lawrence Shopping Center, 2495 Brunswick Pike, Lawrence, NJ: On or about Jan 15, 2019, employees of Lind Brothers roofing were conducting roofing activities on an existing commercial strip mall type retail center. The employees were working directly at the roof's edges and were not afforded any means of fall protection. As such they were exposed to fall hazards of greater than 20 feet to the concrete sidewalk below.
