29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points. The employer is failing to protect employees from egress hazards. This was most recently documented on or about January 15, 2019, when the emergency exit route was not at least 28 inches wide by the door directly north of the employee entrance, door. The exit access was blocked by a JLG scissor lift that was stored in front of the emergency exit door.

29 CFR 1910.178(l)(2)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each operator had successfully completed the training consisting of a combination of formal instruction (e.g., lecture, discussion, interactive computer learning, video tape, written material), practical training (demonstrations performed by the trainer and practical exercises performed by the trainee), and evaluation of the operator's performance in the workplace. Employee's were exposed to struck by hazards from forklifts. Forklift operators were not trained with training consisting of formal instruction, and practical training and evaluation. There was no written and practical evaluation of the forklift operator's driving.
