OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were  causing or likely to cause employees death or serious physical harm as a result of a fire or explosion:  On or about January 15, 2019, employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards while off-loading a liquid containing oil from a vacuum tanker truck to the exterior inlet of the truck loading station.
