This was most recently documented on January 15, 2019 at 2140 SW 84th Rd. Beatrice, Nebraska. The employer has employees exposed to corrosive chemicals in the following but not limited to areas of the facility: a. In the box wash area employees are exposed to Spartan Caustic Cleaner FP when cleaning out food containers. b. In the battery charging area employees are exposed to battery acid when charging fork lift batteries.

This was most recently documented on January 15, 2019 at 2140 SW 84th Rd. Beatrice, Nebraska. The employer failed to ensure that the flexible 480 volt power cord providing power to the B-Cut machine was not run through a hole in the metal panel/siding.
