29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer did not develop or implement a written hazard communication program including the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): Production Area: On or about January 15, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to chemical hazards while working with resins and acids without implementing a hazard communication to address key issues of hazardous chemicals and materials such as, but not limited to necessary personal protective equipment, handling and storage of the product and non-routine tasks.

29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: Production area: On or about January 15, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards while using resins and acid without a respiratory protection program to address key issues such as, but not limited to, training for employees required to use the MSA Advantage 200LS half-face respirator.
