Employees use chemicals such as, but not limited to, VV192 Maxlife 10W30 DR 208 L US VV192 Maxlife 10W30 DR 208 L US, which contains a hazardous chemical such as benzeneamine, N-phenyl-with nonene (branched); and Valvoline Advanced Full Synthetic SAE 0W-20 motor oil, which contains a hazardous chemical such as petroleum distillates. 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  a)  On or about 1/16/19, employees use chemicals such as,  but not limited to,  VV192 Maxlife 10W30 DR 208 L US VV192 Maxlife 10W30 DR 208 L US which contains a hazardous chemical such as benzeneamine, N-phenyl-with nonene (branched) and Valvoline Advanced Full Synthetic SAE 0W-20 motor oil, which contains a hazardous chemical such as petroleum distillates.
