29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about January 15, 2019, for the employee exposed to fall hazards approximately 10 feet on an 8:12 pitch residential building while sheathing the roof at or near 6999 Golden Valley Parkway in Fargo, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 960843, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 06/10/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3640 Bell Boulevard East in West Fargo, North Dakota.
