29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about 1/16/2019 at 1620 Lorimore Drive, Lot 125, Shadowbrook Crossing Subdivision, Snellville, GA, where subcontracted workers were observed exposed to fall hazards while performing framing operations at heights of: a. 20-feet to the lower level from the roof while performing sheathing installation, b. 12-feet to the lower level from the trusses while performing sheathing installation, c. 12-feet to the lower level from the second floor where there were no railings installed, d. 8-feet to the lower level from the job-made scaffold erected and worked from since 1/15/2019 during framing work.
