29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about January 16, 2019, an employee was observed working on the roof of a residential home without any form of fall protection. The employee was exposed to fall hazards of greater than six feet to the ground below. Juan Flores Plastering was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1012721, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 04, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 11021 Dyer #41, El Paso, TX 79924.
