29 CFR 1926.403(h): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit was not legibly marked at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so that the purpose is evident. a) Fort Belvoir Building 247: On or about 01/16/2019, the overcurrent devices in electrical panel #3F were not properly labeled in that yellow tape was used to indicate its purpose. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
