OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm, including, but not limited to, burns from fire in that employees were exposed to hazards from an incinerator used to provide supplemental forced air heat to the occupied fabrication areas: a) Fabrication Areas, the fabrication area and the incinerator shared a common wall which did not have a minimally acceptable fire rating and also did not have any means to protect the wall opening/duct penetration in the event of smoke or fire, on or about, January 17, 2019. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
