29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:    On or about January 16, 2019, at 3520 NW 46th Street, Miami, FL 33142, the employer allowed its employees to work at a jobsite where the designated Exit doors had a turnkey lock system to unlock the door before opening. Employees can possibly be exposed to trip/falls hazards, be trapped, be exposed to smoke inhalation possible death, and/or be exposed to burns.

29 CFR 1910.101(b): "Compressed gases." The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks shall be in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6. Section 3.3.1 of the CGA Pamphlet P-1-1965 refers to storing cylinders in accordance with CGA and NFPA standards The CGA Pamplet P-1-1991 Section 3.7.4.1 states that "All compressed gas cylinders in service or in storage shall be secured to prevent from falling."    On or about January 16, 2019, at 3520 NW 46th Street, Miami, FL 33142, in the warehouse, compressed LP gas cylinders were not chained or secured from falling, thereby exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
