29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: On or about January 16, 2019, wipe samples collected from the eating area revealed that lead was present in excess of 50 ug/100cm2 on surfaces of tables and the handle of the refrigerator.
