29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous. On the east side of the construction site, employees engaged in framing activities utilized an extension cord with missing ground pin to charge DeWalt batteries were exposed to electrical shock hazards.
