29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets. On or about Jan. 15, 2019 at 1541 Westminster Way, Madison, Georgia, working framing the new residence under construction were exposed to a struck by hazard when work was taking place overhead. the employer's representative was on-site and took no action to correct or remove the employees from the hazard.

On or about Jan 15, 2019 at 1541 Westminster Way, Madison, Georgia, two employees exposed to a fall hazard of more than six (6) feet to the lower level while framing were observed by the controlling employer representative. No action was taken to remove the employees from the hazard.
