29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed:    On or about 1/17/19, the employer failed to ensure that the chains and sprocket wheels were guarded in the Buster Area:      b) The tire inflating conveyor had exposed chains and sprockets that were about 26" away from the Stienerart Industries tire mounting machine, and when the employee sets the tire on the conveyor, the employees hands are only a few inches away from the chain and sprocket.
