29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) At the Harney Road facility, the fork lift operators who perform lead battery charging on equipment such as, but not limited to, the Stand Up Counter Balance Forklift Model RC5525-30 SN 1A42078, were exposed to chemical burn hazards where the employer failed to ensure that an operational eye washing station was provided, on or about January 17, 2019.
