The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of up to approximately 16 ft. to the lower level; on or about 1/8/19.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Location: 25 Lafayette St., Newark, NJ (Prudential Center) a) An Employee was working and/or pulling electrical wire at an unprotected edge greater than 6ft. in height without any fall protection system in place. As a result, the employee fell resulting in bodily injuries; on or about 1/8/19.
