29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a- Front Side of Building - Building 500 - One Freedom Boulevard, West Windsor NJ: Two company employees were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 11 feet to the ground surface below, when performing framing and other related activities while walking and working at the unprotected edges of a commercial structure's second floor exterior walkway without the use of any fall protection.  Condition noted on or about 01/17/19.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
