29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a- Front Side of Building - Building 300 - One Freedom Boulevard, West Windsor NJ: A company employee was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 36 feet to the ground surface below, when performing roof shingle installation other roofing related activities while walking and working from a steep pitched roof of a commercial building while wearing a full body harness without a lanyard attached. Condition noted on or about 01/17/19. S.G. Brother, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1321016, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/17/18, with respect to a workplace located at 113 Passaic Avenue, Kearny NJ 07032.
