Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) 305 Route 17 South, Paramus, NJ: An employees was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet while engaged in roofing activities, on or about 1/18/2019. b) 305 Route 17 South, Paramus, NJ: Four employees wearing harnesses, lanyards and using ropes approximately 14 feet in length were exposed to a 20 foot fall hazard while engaged in roofing work, on or about 1/18/2019.
