The employer was required to submit certification by May 1, 2019.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):   At the residential construction site located at the 1800 block of NW Mya Court, Grain Valley, Missouri:  Employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to injury/illness from dermal, ingestion, and inhalation hazards from exposure to hazardous chemicals.  The employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program to ensure that employees were aware of the hazards associated with the chemicals with which they work.  Hazardous chemicals used at the site included but were not limited to gasoline.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  At the residential construction site located at the 1800 block of Mya Court, Grain Valley, Missouri:  Employees engaged in roofing activities while using a pneumatic nail gun were not protected from flying particles by using eye or face protection.    Roofers LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1242120, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 22, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 37 NW 95th Place, Kansas City, Missouri.  Roofers LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1258469, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 1, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 421 W Farmer St, Independence, Missouri.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At the residential construction site located at the 1800 block of NW Mya Court, Grain Valley, Missouri:  Employees engaged in residential roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards of over 10 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below in that fall protection was not provided/utilized.    Roofers LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1242120, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on February 22, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 37 NW 95th Place, Kansas City, Missouri.
