29 CFR 1910.180(f): After adjustments and repairs had been made, the crane was operated before all guards had been re-installed, safety devices reactivated and/or maintenance equipment removed: (a) Location - 23 Whipple Street, Danvers, MA: On or about 1/18/2019, the parking brake of the Liebherr Model LTM1060 Serial # 058083 truck crane was deactivated to facilitate an impromptu inspection and it was not reactivated at the completion of the inspection prior to its continued operation.
