29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about January 14, 2019, at an apartment complex construction site located at 1717 Riverside in Tulsa, OK, an employee was allowed to work in an aerial lift basket without fall protection, exposing the employee to the hazard of falls.
