29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system : a- Roof Level: An employees engaged in framing activities was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 ft to the ground below while positioned at the unprotected framed edge in which a means of fall protection was not utilized. Condition noted on or about 12/11/2018. Jarkaz Inc was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1077206, Citation # 2, Item # 2, issued on 08/10/2015 with respect to a work place located at 680 Summit Street, Englewood Cliffs NJ 07632 which became a final order on 02/17/2016.
