Location: 3491 Fort Hamilton Parkway, Brooklyn, NY. On or about 1/18/2019, a) Employer did not ensure an employee working in an excavation using a STIHL cut-off saw was trained to control or eliminate hazards in their work environment. An employee was injured from a gas powered STIHL cut-off saw.
