On or about January 22, 2019, the employer did not have a tag containing the most recent change date and the signature of the person authorized by the employer to change the in-line air-purifying sorbent beds and filters maintained at the compressor. The compressor supplies breathing air for employees media blasting oil line pipe prior to painting.
